Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.

Affix the Shipping Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to your local authorized courier and keep your tracking receipt to monitor the progress of your return to our warehouse.
